Fall Fun

David working out like me in our weight room. We have an attached play area for the kids to enjoy while I workout.
 Playing at the park
Trying on his new construction t-shirt
Playing in their masks from Aunt Rere and Uncle Lee
Anna and I playing at a new park in our neighborhood
Our sweet friends watched the kids one night so we could attend a reception. The kids had a ball. I'm so grateful we are making good, new friends here.
Presley and Tori
We had Presley's school conference. She posed by he art work that was outside the room.
Being silly with mommy's phone while I talked to the teacher
Presley had a great report from her teacher. She reads 70 words per minute and is reading at a 2nd grade level. She is reading chapter books these days and often helps read to the other students in class. Reading and spelling are her strengths. She's also enjoying math. Her teacher said she is a gem and wishes she could clone her. She's always been a great student and listener. I'm so proud to hear how helpful she is at school and that she is enjoying it.

We had some friends over during conference day since the kids were out of school most of the day.
 Silly babies
We enjoyed Fort Benning's Oktoberfest one weekend with D and G. It was a lot of fun! Their first activity was pony rides. They all loved it.
 Then, the carousel.
And their first funnel cake. David was the only one who really liked it, but they all tried.
 Giant bounce house slide
Drawing on the driveway.  They got a kick out of themselves riding the witch's broom that Presley drew.
Watching Daddy carve our Halloween pumpkin
He did a really good Frankenstein this year!
Presley had Red Ribbon week at school and had dress-up themes every day. Her first day was Camo. Thankfully, Caden let us borrow a t-shirt. I didn't get pictures from her other days, but she had Red day, PJ Day and Superhero day.
Anna had a bad cough and fever this week so we stayed at home and played most days.  David playing his new nerf gun shooting Anna's princesses through the windows... boys!
Sickly girl
David and I played outside while she napped and he drew me Big Foot.
She looks so grown up! This is her First Grade school picture.
Anna and I went to David's school Fall Festival. They had games and a pizza party.
Waiting in line to fill their mummy cups with popcorn.
Anna waited in line and pretended she was in their class all day.
 Punching the cup for candy.
 Playing in his classroom.
Playing dress up in his class.
Climbing to the top of the jungle gym at recess.
Anna looked forward to their pizza party all day.
 Park time!
Last dress up day, book character. She picked Fancy Nancy.
Anna still wasn't feeling well so instead of getting Scary pancakes at IHOP, we made our own at home and they decorated their faces with chocolate chips.
Presley's good friend at school, Tinsley. Her mom came for lunch at sent me these pictures from dress-up day.
Sweet boy takes good care of Anna
