Vegas!!

Cameron and I squeezed in two mini trips to Vegas in between getting our house and getting our household goods. It was definitely weird (and scary) driving to Vegas, but so nice to be this close to Vegas!!   It was so nice to have a vacation for just the two of us. We don't get the opportunity often and it was really nice to enjoy time with each other.  We gambled, laid out at the pool, enjoyed some delicious food and just relaxed. I love spending time with Cameron and it was a lot of fun to have so many days together.
Our favorite machine treated us well!
We had to take a picture with the minion on the street to send back to the kids.
And of course a Fat Tuesday with Caesar!
Lunch at the Wynn
I love you to the moon and back, Cameron!! Can't wait for our next couples-only trip!!

Kids' Vacation in Texas

We went to my parents for almost 3 weeks. Cameron and I then drove for two days to get both our cars out to California. The kids stayed with my parents for 12 days while we got moved in, settled... and squeezed in two trips to Vegas! It was great to have some time to ourselves and know the kids were in great hands. Here's some pictures from our visit and the kids extended stay.
We had lots of playtime in the pool. Anna loved the water.
 My sweet goddaughter!!

 Dallie's movie night
We had a really fun playdate at Emily's house one Friday
And another great playdate at the indoor soccer field

Uncle Nick, best godfather ever, took Presley and Liam on a precious date to Olive Garden.  He even let her pack a purse and picked her up at the door, showing her just how she needs to be treated. It was so sweet and thoughtful of him and I know it completely made her day!! Thankful for such a great godfather to our first-born.
Grandma Debbie even pitched in to help while we were driving to California. Debbie, Mal and Emmy managed to get all 6 kids to storytime and dance class on time. They even stopped to feed the ducks and have a picnic! Truly amazing!
Liam is a great babysitter and entertains the babies so well for us!
I got to squeeze in several dinners out with my mommy friends and even a shopping trip with my personal shopper, Meha, before we left town. So glad to get this extra time with my siblings.
Trying to scratch each other's backs at the same time while watching a movie.

I know the kids had an awesome vacation and we are so appreciative to our families for helping out with the kids so we could make the long drive to California and get a house before the kids arrived. We are here and settled so I'll start posting some pictures of our new place and our new activities!
